The main goal of the On Q Performance Company is to give dancers professional technical training and opportunities to perform their art at the next level.  Being part of a team helps build self-esteem, confidence, good sportsmanship and lasting friendships.

The Performance Company travels throughout Ohio competing at different adjudicated competitions for trophies, cash and scholarships.  Along with competing, the Company performs in several parades, a Company Showcase, and two yearly recitals.  Some of the past performances include the Detroit Pistons pre-game performance, Harlem Globetrotters half time performance, honorary cast members in Walt Disney World, A Night At The Apollo and National Dance Week at the University of Toledo. 

Yearly auditions for the Performance Company are every May for the upcoming season.  On Q is a technique based studio and audition ages are a guideline.  Children will be placed in groups based on audition outcome, not by age. 

All Company members are required to take Ballet in addition to weekly Technique classes. Company members are also required to take summer classes.
